Interceptor is the active de-worming agent in Sentinel (milbemycin oxime). If your pets are doing well with Sentinel, I'm sure interceptor would be fine. You won't have the lufenuron for fleas, but you'll still have heart worm coverage. Since both are made by Novartis, I think your product efficacy guarantee would still be in effect, but check with your vet.
