Hi Frank,

A lot of folks on various lists have reported problems
with the shreds. Purina is aware of the problems and the
fact that so many people are upset with this change. I've
heard (a few weeks ago) that the company has agreed to
begin producing the regular Adult ProPlan formula again,
but that it will take a bit of time to get the production
lines back up and running again. Keep an eye out for the
original formula at your local feed or pet supply stores
coming sometime soon. Hope this is somewhat helpful.
